Mette has been working as a consultant to structure our accounting department and also function as a temporary CFO. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
In the role as CFO with the responsibility of several employees, Mette handled the leadership very well. Even though none of the hired employees had any accounting experience, she managed to teach/train the people to the level needed and get the job done. She has good communication skills, the ability to articulate and explain with a lot of patience. She happily delegates responsibilities without taking over, which makes the employees feel trusted and as an important part of the team. Mette started with no experience in our IT-system (Axapta / AX / D365 F&O) and only got a few days of training from Sweden.
Mette managed to control the system within very short time. Mette has excellent IT-skills as easy learning and good understanding as qualities.
Mette has excellent business acumen skills, builds strong relationships both internally and externally and has a pleasant manner. Therefore she easily makes friends in the company at all levels because of her friendly approach, but still she is able to be very professional and keep the distance needed, which is required from a true leader. This ability makes her able take difficult decisions, when it is needed and also keeps a focus of what is best for the company and their interests. Deadlines are always reached even though it means hard working and long hours.
Mette is also an organizer and driver to achieve targets in her job. She knows when to act quickly and also when to spend more time making the best decision. Mette has a very high ethical standard. Once she has committed to do a job in her business life, you can be sure that the commitment will be met. When Mette has hold of an opportunity, it is certain that she will do everything possible to ensure that the opportunity is used, managing all expectations.
Due to her huge inquisitive, meticulous, analytic capabilities and general knowledge, Mette seems to be very Intelligent, well-educated and well-informed. She always asks qualitative questions and will not continue until she understands the issues.
